IMPORTANT NOTICE: This sweepstakes is not yet live. These Official Rules are provided as a pre-launch draft and will be finalized and posted prior to launch. If any differences exist between this draft and the final Official Rules posted at launch, the final posted Official Rules will govern.
Entry Acceptance Notice: Do not submit entries until the Entry Period is posted below. Any submissions received before the Entry Period begins will not be considered.
1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes is sponsored by Risk Co (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon, YETI, or Turtlebox. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
2. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility.
4. Entry Period
The sweepstakes entry start date and end date (“Entry Period”) will be posted on this page prior to launch. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
5. How to Enter
Entry methods, entry limits (if any), and instructions will be posted prior to launch. Sponsor intends to offer at least one free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”). All entry methods will be clearly disclosed in the final Official Rules at launch.
6. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, hand print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received by the date specified in the final Official Rules. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Mail-in entries will be treated the same as all other eligible entries and will not increase or decrease odds of winning.
7. Prize Description
One (1) prize is expected to include:
- One (1) YETI Tundra 45 hard-sided cooler
- One (1) Turtlebox Original portable speaker
Exact model, color, and included accessories (if any) may vary and will be disclosed in the final Official Rules. Prizes are described for identification purposes only.
8. Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize will be disclosed prior to launch. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs or expenses not expressly stated herein.
9. Winner Selection; Odds
Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
10. Winner Notification
Winner notification method and response deadline will be posted prior to launch. If a selected winner does not respond within the required time, is found ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
11. Prize Delivery
Prize delivery method and timing will be disclosed prior to launch. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or stolen prizes after shipment or delivery.
12. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and/or social handle for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
14. Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to technical errors, unauthorized intervention, or any injury or damage to persons or property.
15. Disputes; Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Sponsor is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, to the extent permitted by law.
This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
16. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s privacy practices. Information will be used solely for the administration of the sweepstakes and as otherwise disclosed at the time of entry.
17. Winners List
Winner’s first name and last initial (or other legally permissible identifier) may be posted after verification.
